The Holidays
I can't say I realized how brutal the holidays would be, I thought I'd be all right with it but even though I'm social inapt at best I for some reason need the people to not feel so empty. As it really isn't the loneliness so much, its the emptiness. What's the quote, no man is an island? Granted I'm sure I've butchered it, and I could google it but I'm lazy. >.> Anyway, my point is there is more to life than material things and while we may know these things, the holidays compact that point and make it unbearable.
